My journey to becoming a designer started in customer support. I learned the importance of understanding the customer's needs and providing personalized solutions. I have honed my ability to empathize with users and anticipate their pain points, which is crucial in designing successful user experiences.
My expertise in assisting users with onboarding, payment and hardware issues, and overall troubleshooting has helped me understand user flows and frustrations. With my knowledge I want to create intuitive designs to provide a positive customer experience.

I come from a family that’s all about getting crafty. Growing up we were big on homemade everything. I’ve taken that spirit and run with it. Lately, I’ve making candles, creating signs for my friends and their special occasions, and sewing pie carriers for the holidays. If there’s a project to tackle, count me in!
